ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that certain wrong entries have been made in the Sub-Registrar's office with respect to his property in S.No.130/2, North Devathanam Village, Virudhunagar District, has made a representation on 08.02.2016. Since the said representation has not been considered, he has filed this writ petition.

2.Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that at the time of pledging the property, the Document Writer has made some wrong entries, which were entered in the records of the Sub-Registrar's office. He further submitted that if a direction is issued, they are ready to consider the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a stipulated time limit.

3.Considering this submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2016 and to take appropriate action, in accordance with law, after providing sufficient opportunity to the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
