This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 8 not to provide permission to the respondents 9 to 11 for conducting an exhibition at Nethaji Road, Near Water Tank, 2/5

2.Today(24.02.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has now become infructuous.
