This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, forbearing the first respondent from awarding contract to the second respondent in respect of the work mentioned in Item No.1 of the notification issued by the first respondent in Short Term Tender Notice No. 01/JDO 1/2017-18/Dt.03.04.2017 and consequently award above said contract to the petitioner.

2.Today(07.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the proceedings of the first respondent, dated 07.06.2023, this writ petition becomes infructuous. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
