Respondent/ Petitioners Prayer :- Civil Revision petition filed Under Article 227 of the Constitution of India,to allow this CRP by directing the Learned Family Judge,Tiruchirappalli to dispose of Guardain Original Petition in G.W.O.P.No.643 of 2021 within a stipulated period as to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 17.11.2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the Judge, Family Court,Tiruchirappalli vide the letter in D.No.812,dated 08.11.2023,this Court made the following order: This matter is listed today under the caption for 'extension of time'.

2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order dated 17.11.2022, 1/3

directed the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, to dispose of the proceedings in G.W.O.P.No.643 of 2021 and G.W.O.P. No.224 of 2022 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. Subsequently, the learned Judge, Family Court, has submitted a requisition, dated 08.11.2023, stating that joint trial was ordered that the case is pending for P.W.2 cross examination and seeks four months further time to dispose of the case.

3. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to grant four months time to dispose of the case.

4.Accordingly, the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, is hereby directed to dispose of the proceedings in G.W.O.P.No.643 of 2021 and G.W.O.P.No.224 of 2022 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
