No.14463 of 2021 dated 30.9.2021 in the FIR in Crime No.178 of 2021 registered on the file of Respondent Police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.M.VISHNUVARTHANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14463 of 2021 on 30.09.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14463 of 2021 on 30.09.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tirunelveli and it was taken on file in C.C.No.157 of 2021.

CRL MP(MD) No.11448 of 2021 4.Since final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner may appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summon and the petition is allowed.
