ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to delete the name of the petitioner from the History Sheet record on the file of the third respondent and consequently, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 07.06.2024.
2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is having five cases, in which, four cases were already ended in acquittal and one calender case is pending for trial and the last case registered in the year 2015. He would further submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2024 will be considered in the next meeting.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2024 and pass orders in accordance with law, in the next meeting.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
