ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to delete the name of the petitioner from the History Sheet record on the file of the third respondent and consequently, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 07.06.2024.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is having three cases, which includes one murder case in the year 2012 and the same is pending for trial and that subsequently, he was invovled in the case for the offence under Section 323 of IPC. He would further submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2024 will be considered in the next meeting. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2024 and pass orders in accordance with law, in the next meeting.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
