RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time period for surrender as well as to comply the condition order passed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17797 of 2021 dated 16.11.2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. HAROON RASHEED.D.S, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Due to financial crisis, the petitioners are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.17797 of 2021 dated 16.11.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 16.11.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17797 of 2021 is extended

further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
