ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent police to provide adequate police production to the petitioner's life and limb as claimed in representation dated 06.09.2024 on the file of the third respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint against the fourth respondent-Panchayat President and on that basis, CSR No.401 of 2024 came to be registered and they have visited the spot and at that time, they have found the fourth respondent cutting trees and after coming to know about the civil dispute, they have closed the complaint directing the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court.
