Prayer in WMP(MD) No.18943/2024:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to modify the condition, imposed in WP (MD) No.21253 of 2024 dated 05.09.2024 related to report before Thuraiyur Police Station, Tiruchirappalli to Thirumangalam Police Station, Anna Nagar West, Chennai. Prayer in WP(MD). 21253/ 2024 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant 21 days ordinary leave to the petitioners father by name Sundararajan (CP No. 20597), S/o. Rengasamy aged 62 years confining at Trichy Central Prison as convict prisoner for the reason petitioner father has planning to share the petitioner family property and to attend the petitioner son's the ear piercing function on the basis of Rule 20 of the Tamil Nadu Suspension of Sentence Rules, 1982 by considering the petitioners representation submitted to the respondents dated 23.08.2024 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Honorable Court.

ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.M.Sudharani, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.Thiruvadikumar, Additional Public Prosecutor, Government Advocate for the respondent(s), this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to modify the order dated 05.09.2024 relating to the condition imposed to sign before Thuriayur Police Station, Tiruchirapalli District and seeking to modify the same to sign before Thirumangalam Police Station Anna Nagar West, Chennnai.

2. We have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor also.

3. In view of the reasons stated in the application, this petition is ordered and the convict prisoner may appear before the Thirumangalam Police Station Anna Nagar 2/4
