PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the Principal Sessions Judge, Karur (Special Court for SC/ST Cases - Karur Division) to consider and pass orders on the application for bail of the petitioner in connection with the Crime No. 440 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent on the very same day of surrender.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Karur (Special Court for SC/ST Cases - Karur Division) to consider and pass orders on the application for bail of the Petitioner in connection with the Crime No. 440 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent on the very same day of surrender.

2. It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that there had been wordy quarrel, for which case has also been registered.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)would submit that no previous case is pending against the Petitioner.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Karur (Special Court for SC/ST Cases - Karur Division) within a period of 15 2/4

days from the date of receipt of copy of this order or 15 days from the date of uploading the order copy in the website of this Court . The Special Judge shall consider the bail application of the Petitioners and dispose of the same as per law.
