ORDER

The petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.307 of 2021 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruchuli, Virudhunagar.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks quashment of the case on compromise. A Joint Compromise Memo is also filed. 3.I have considered the nature of the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC.

4.Considering the nature of allegations that the occurrence happened between the relatives and that they have since compromised the issue and they are living their life peacefully in the locality and considering the nature of offences, I am of the view that this is a fit case for quashing the offences on compromise.

5.In view thereof, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and the case in C.C.No.307 of 2021 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruchuli, Virudhunagar, is quashed. The memorandum of compromise shall also form part of the order.
