ORDER

The petitioner is a farmer who has raised sugarcane crops and availed agricultural loan from the respondent society. The petitioner by referring the waiver of loan announced by the government on the agricultural loan has approached the respondents to waive the loan availed by her, which was rejected by the respondents. Challenging the same, this writ petition is filed.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that the 3rd respondent has already settled the loan availed by the petitioner and therefore, the request of the petitioner was rejected.

3.Since the loan has already been repaid, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
