ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to refund the recovered money and disburse the remaining terminal benefits with interest to the petitioner, based on the petitioner's representations dated 02.07.2016 and 23.08.2016.

2 W.P(MD)No.7093 of 2017 2.According to the petitioner, he made the representations on 02.07.2016 and 23.08.2016 to the respondents to refund the recovered amount and disburse the remaining terminal benefits with interest. The aforesaid representations are still pending and no order has been passed as on today. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court, seeking the aforesaid relief. 3.No counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents for the past two years. Therefore, this Court has no other option, except to dispose of the writ petition with the following direction:
"The respondents 3 and 4 are directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 02.07.2016 and 23.08.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that the petitioner shall produce a copy of the aforesaid representation along with this order copy to the respondents 3 and 4."
