This petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent not to interfere with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of lands in T.S.No.2446 to an extent of 1096 sq.mt. situated in Kumbakonam Town and Taluk, Thanjavur District and also not to harass the petitioner in this regard. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the complaint lodged by the second and third respondents, the first respondent police has conducted enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner and the same was closed.
