ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the case in C.C.No. 339 of 2021 on the file of the learned Mahila Court,Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that during the pendency of this petition, trial has been completed and the case is now at the stage of pronouncing orders. The said submission is recorded.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is dismissed as no further ordres are required to be passed in this petition. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
