The petitioner has challenged the impugned eviction notice, dated 24.03.2016. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. It is now represented by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, the entire building has been demolished and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. The said statement is recorded. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
