This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to provide water tap connection to the house of the petitioner situated in Door No.4-19/1 of Madiyanoor Village, Avudayanoor Panchayat, Tenkasi Taluk, Tirunelveli District, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the first respondent submits that water connection has been given to the petitioner's house and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition and this Writ Petition may be dismissed.
