By this petition, the petitioner seeks to implead officials of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on their behalf.

He has no objection to being impleaded.

3. Upon examining the affidavit in support and being satisfied that the proposed parties are atleast proper parties, this petition is allowed.

Consequently, the Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the petition and list the same on 17.10.2025.
