2. Today, Mr.S.Manohar, learned private counsel has entered appearance on behalf of respondents 2 and 3. Today Mr.Praveen Kumar, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for writ petitioner submits that writ petitioner is no more, writ petitioner's counsel has no instructions to bring any one on record / substitute. The matter has abated and also become infructuous is his say.
