To call for the records in C.A.No.27/2014 dated 23.03.2023 on the file of the Additional District Judge,(FAC) Srivilliputtur, confirming the judgment in S.T.C.No.5345 of 2009 dt 04.02.2014 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi and duly set aside the judgment of the courts below by acquitting the accused/respondent herein.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DHANACHANDRA PRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner, while admitting the Criminal Revision Case, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to exempt the surrender of the petitioner, pursuant to the judgment of conviction rendered by the learned Additional District Judge(FAC), Srivilliputtur, in C.A.No.27 of 2014 dated 23.03.2023, by confirming the judgment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi in S.T.C.No.5345 of 2009, dated 04.02.2014, pending disposal of the above Criminal Revision Case.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition as well as in the memorandum of grounds raised in this petition, this petition is allowed.
