ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The writ petitioner was suspended from service vide order dated 20.04.2021. Seeking revocation of the same, the present writ petition has been filed.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the respondents informed the Court that the District Manager, TASMAC, Ramanathapuram District had already recommended to the second respondent for reinstatement. It is stated that such reinstatement will be subject to the outcome of the criminal case.
4.Taking note of the said submission, I direct the second respondent to reinstate the writ petitioner in service. Such an order will be passed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
