Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent dated 12.11.2018, in Ni.Mu.Aa2/9758/18 and quash the same and further direct the 1st respondent to restore the name of Kanagaraj in the patta issued in respect of Survey No.99/2B at Ezhayirampannai Village, measuring an extent of 0.21.5 Ares.
