O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue patta in respect of his property in S.Nos. 63/5A, 63/5B and 63/8, Navakulam Village, Chettikulam Unit, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District by considering the Petitioner's representation, dated 5.4.2025.

2.Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the Petitioner, he purchased the subject properties under two sale deeds, dated 8.9.2023. Patta for the subject properties stand in the name of Petitioner's vendor and predecessor in title. The Petitioner submitted a representation on 5.4.2025 seeking mutation of revenue records. The same has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 2/5

4.Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation submitted by the Petitioner will be considered in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 5.4.2023 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
