Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in pursuant to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent passed in Na.Ka.4981/2012/G-2 dated 24.02.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to restore the Revenue records in name of the petitioner in respect of land in S.No.36/4, Vandiyur 2nd Bit, Madurai East Taluk (Old Madurai North), Madurai measuring 0.59.5 Hectares.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusal the Letter D.No.41/2023 dated 19.01.2023 from V Additional District Judge, Madurai, this Court made the following order:

WP(MD). No.10775 of 2016 This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.150 of 2016.

2. This Court has already disposed the Writ Petition, by the order, dated 29.07.2022 and directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.150 of 2016, on or before 30.12.2022. Now, the Court below requests further time to dispose of the said case. The reasons assigned by the learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai is that the concerned clerk has not conveyd to his knowledge about the direction issued by this Court.

3. In view of the above, the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai is directed to initiate proper action against the concerned clerk. The learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.150 of 2016 on or before 30.04.2023. Since the matter is of the year 2016, no further time will be granted by this Court.
