Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus call for the records of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.15304/2016/Aa6 dated 24.10.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to pass the order in the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2014 to issue patta for his property in Block No.26, Ward No.4, T.S.No.3/2, Palani Town, Dindigul District.

ORDER
It is informed that the only impediment for the first respondent to pass order on the representation of the first respondent was the pendency of W.P.(MD) No.22702 of 2015. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the said writ petition has been disposed of on 02.08.2023, in which this Court has passed the following order:
"7. ... Based on the decision of the District Revenue Officer, Dindigul the Municipal Commissioner shall cause survey, measurement and demarcation of the petition mentioned property."
2. Despite the order of this Court dated 02.08.2023, survey, measurement and demarcation has not taken place. Therefore, this Court disposes of this Writ Petition and directs the first respondent to suitably instruct the Municipal Commissioner concerned to survey the petitioner's property and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
