This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to execute the order passed in the proceedings O.Mu.No.9444/2023/A4 dated 04.01.2024 by the first respondent and to take action on the petitioner's application dated 29.07.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner submitted an application dated 29.07.2025 to execute the order passed in the proceedings O.Mu.No.9444/2023/A4 dated 04.01.2024 by the first respondent. However, no action has been taken on the said representation. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The representation shall be considered and disposed of after conducting an inquiry. The second respondent is further directed to afford a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and to all other persons who may be affected by such decision during the course of the inquiry. There shall be no order as to costs.
