The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that her complaint has not been addressed by the respondents. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.5 of 2025 has been registered for the offence under Sections 85, 318(4) BNS and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
