ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the first respondent/the District Collector, Sivagangai District to consider the petitioner's representation and the reminder dated 13.06.2016 and take appropriate action as against the second respondent/the Executive Officer, Tirupuvanam Panchayat, Sivagangai District.

2. The second respondent himself has filed a counter affidavit in this writ petition that the District Collector, Sivagangai has conducted an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation and found that no mistake was found in the Town Panchayat.

3. In view of the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs.
