PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records pertaining to the third respondent issued in C.No.668 /SDO/DR/DGL/2016 dated 08.06.2016 quash the same and consequently direct the Revenue Divisional Officer to hold peace committee meeting by allowing our all family members to take petitioner therein and further direct to take a decision on in respect of worshipping the god found a place in the temple namely Sri Pappathiamman, Sri Hayagaramman and Sri Karuppusamy Temple in A.Vellodu, Coffee Kadai, Pushapuri of Alamaratthupatti Village, Dindigul Taluk, Dindigul District.
