O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to survey the property in S.Nos.205/1 and 205/3 bearing Patta No.1252 situated at Mattaparai Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the representation of the Petitioner, dated 6.8.2025.

2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the Petitioner, the subject property was purchased by him under a registered sale deed, dated 17.8.1990 from one Gnanamani as seen from the recitals found in the registered settlement deed executed by him in favour or his son, dated 18.10.2024.The revenue documents stand in the name of Petitioner and his son in Patta No.1252. He submitted an application on 5.8.2025 to the respondents 1 and 2 seeking survey 2/6

of the subject property in Application No.2025/012313/014477. The said application has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4.Though the Petitioner has submitted application for survey of three survey numbers in the Writ Petition, the Petitioner confined his prayer for survey o the property in S.Nos.205/1 and 205/3.

5.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that online application submitted by the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 6.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner, dated 5.8.2025 and pass final orders only insofar as S.Nos.205/1 and 205/3 are concerned,on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, his son Murugananda Kumar, third respondent, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 3/6

7.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
