ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition No.10(iii) imposed upon Petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.7029 of 2023 in Crl.RC(MD)No.100 of 2023 dated 02.06.2023. Paragraph No.4 reads as under:- "4. Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 am., until further orders." 2.Heard Mr.R.Maheswaran, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.S.Gurumurthy, learned counsel for respondent.

Learned counsel for Revision Petitioner submits that Revision Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court dated 02.06.2023 in Crl.MP.(MD).No.7029 of 2023 in Crl.RC. (MD).No.100 of 2023. Hence, he prays that Paragraph No.4 of the order dated 02.06.2023 imposed on the Revision Petitioner may be relaxed. He further prays that Revision Petitioner may be directed to appear before the Trial Court once in every three months.

4. Learned counsel for respondent concedes that Revision Petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 02.06.2023.

5. Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned Counsel on both sides, Paragraph No.4 imposed by this Court in Crl.MP. (MD).No.7029 of 2023 in Crl.RC.(MD).No.100 of 2023 dated 02.06.2023, is modified as follows:- "4. Petitioner shall report before the Concerned Court once in two months ie.,on the first working day of every alternate month ie., commencing from March 2026, until further orders"

6.With the aforesaid modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
