ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus to dispose of his representation dated 08.06.2016 before taking any decision on 2/4
the inclusion of Kathiri Natham Village Panchayat, Papanasam Taluk, Thanjavur District, with the Thanjavur City Municipal Corporation. 2.Learned Counsel appearing for the fifth respondent / Corporation submitted that as on date, there is a proposal for extending the Thanjavur City Municipal Corporation area and a resolution was passed on 27.09.2021. It is still under the consideration of the Government. This writ petition was filed in the year 2016, on an apprehension.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Counsel for the fifth respondent, this writ petition stands closed as no further order is required to be passed. No costs.
