W.P.(MD) No.743 of 2017 submitted that the fifth respondent may be given liberty to approach the new Secretary and through him to claim monetary benefits. 3.Giving such liberty to the fifth respondent to approach the present management/Secretary of the School, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
