This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's petition, dated 28.07.2021. 2.Heard Mr.C.Jeyaprakash, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Ghandiraj, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3.Let me not enter into a detailed discussion on the facts of the petition, because, the learned Counsel for the petitioner stated that the second respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Sivagangai, had conducted an enquiry and it is therefore, obligatory on the part of the said respondent to pass orders and I am confident that such order would be passed in manner known to law on the basis of the documents presented and the arguments advanced before the said official, on or before 28.02.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
