PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take suitable action preventing the respondents 5 to 7 from conducting any festival in "Arulmigu Sree Muthumariamman Temple, Srirengapuram, Arunagiripattanam, Devakkottai Taluk" from 26.07.2016 to 03.08.2016 or on any other date in an arbitrary manner and overlooking the customary and established right of the Agamudaiyar Community based on the petition dated 04.06.2016.
