ORDER

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner for a direction to the second respondent to conduct enquiry as per the letter of the first respondent dated 21.09.2016 and for necessary action on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.07.2016.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner, even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3.Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the enquiry was conducted and corrections have been made in the registration records and the attachment order has also been raised. 4.Since the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the enquiry has been conducted and appropriate action has also been taken, this writ 2/4

petition is closed as no further order is required to be passed. There shall be no order as to costs.
