The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to take necessary action for removal of encroachment made in Survey No.86/2, 1.80 Acre situated at Eravali Kulam, Athanoor, Papanasam Taluk, Thanjavur District, by the 3rd respondent by considering the petitioner's petition dated 23.11.2015 and based on the recommendation of the 1st respondent's letter bearing No.X.K.vr;.2/3691/2015 dated 29.02.2015, within a time frame.

When the matter came up for hearing today, it is represented that the petitioner is no more. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
