ORDER

The petitioner has made an application on 13.01.2022 for surveying the land comprised in Survey Nos.109/2 to an extent of 1 acre 27 cents, Survey No.140 to an extent of 1 acre 14 cents, Survey No.141/1 to an extent of 94 cents and Survey no.142/6 to an extent of 33 cents situated at Endapuli village, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District and has filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to conduct survey based on his application.

2.When the writ petition has been taken up for hearing the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that since objections are raised, they could not conduct the survey.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of a with direction to the respondents to issue notice under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries 2/4

Act to the objector and to take a decision on the petitioner's application. Let the exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
