ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Supervisor working in the respondent Co-operative Society, seeking a mandamus to reinstate him in service.

2.A perusal of the affidavit indicates that the petitioner has already attained the age of superannuation pending writ petition. Therefore, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. 3.In view of the above said facts, this writ petition stands closed with liberty to the writ petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings for his monetary benefits. No costs.
