The petitioner has approached this Court for sub division of the property in Patta No.1148 and grant separate patta to the petitioner in Survey No.213/4DICI situated in Pandiarajapuram Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District by considering his online application, dated 17.02.2017.

2.Today (07.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petition mentioned property has already been sub-divided and a separate patta has also been issued to the petitioner and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the petitioner's counsel, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs.
