ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the proceedings in RC. No.786/2022/B8/MDU dated 21.02.2022 and the impugned Refusal Slip in Reference No.RFL/1 No.Inai Saarpathivaalar Palani/18/2023 dated 06.06.2023 in respect of S.F.No.53/1A1 of Palani Taluk, Dindigul District and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to register the document presented by the petitioner and his men in respect of the Natham S.No.868/2 corresponding old S.No.53/1A1 in Patta No. 719 of Balasamudram Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District. 2/4

2. The Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has already been granted by the respondents, and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
