This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 28.06.2024.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,26.09.2024), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.102 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act and that the investigation is pending.
