PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned suspension order issued by the 4th respondent in his proceedings NIL dt.20/04/2019 and the consequential order passed by the 4th respondent vide his proceedings NIL dt.04/10/2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequentially to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service along with all other monetary benefits accrued thereon.

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of this writ petition, period of suspension expired and the petitioner was reinstated in service. However, the proceedings are yet to be finalized. Thus, the cause did not exist, as far as the order of suspension is concerned. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
