PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to grant patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the property in Suvey No.149/6, Aasoor Village, Kovilpatti Taluk, Thoothukudi District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2017 within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to grant patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property in Suvey No.149/6, Aasoor Village, Kovilpatti Taluk, Thoothukudi District by considering her representation dated 04.04.2017.

2.Today(07.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
