PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned Order Memo.CFL/RCT/PR20/2013 dated 29.01.2013 issued by the first respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the first respondent to allow the petitioner to maintain the status quo as Professor-cum-Estate Officer which was suspended by the first respondent without following the due process of law. O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order passed by the first respondent vide proceedings in Memo.CFL/RCT/PR20/2013, dated 29.01.2013 and consequently, direct the first respondent to allow the petitioner to maintain the status quo as Professor-cum-Estate Officer which was suspended by the first respondent without following the due process of law.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing of the present Writ Petition, the petitioner was terminated from service and he filed another Writ Petition in W.P.(MD)No.8996 of 2021 before this Court challenging the termination order, which is pending.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
