ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.7(i) imposed in Crl.OP (MD).No.13345 of 2025 dated 08.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed an bail application before this Court on 06.08.2025 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.13345 of 2025. The said bail petition was heard and on 08.08.2025, this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. In the said bail order, Condition No.7(i) as follows:

''(i) on the petitioner executing a bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one Lakh) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Ramanathapuram. The Sureties must be a respectful persons in the Society, having a permanent business establishment.

3. He further submits that this petitioner is the only breadwinner of his family, this petitioner find it very difficult to produce two respectful persons in the society as sureties that too having a permanent business establishment. The petitioner is ready and willing to produce blood relative sureties. Therefore, the petitioner seek indulgence of this court by modifying the said condition (i) imposed against him. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition. 2/4

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to modify the Condition No.7(i) in the order made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13345 of 2025 dated 08.08.2025. Accordingly, Condition No.7(i) is modified as ''(i) On the petitioner executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Ramanathapuram-'' . The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

6. With the above said modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
