ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner, as against the order of the 3rd respondent. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that she has been assigned with a free house site patta, which was subsequently cancelled by the 3rd respondent. Challenging the same petitioner has filed an appeal before the 2nd respondent on 26.07.2016. Pending the appeal, the petitioner apprehending that she would be evicted from her dwelling hut, which was put in the said place, has filed 2/5
this writ petition for early disposal of the appeal and also for consequential relief.
3.The appeal preferred by the petitioner is pending from the year 2016 and therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further this Court while entertaining this writ petition has granted interim injunction and hence, till the disposal of the appeal as directed above, the petitioner shall not be dispossessed from the place in dispute. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
