Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned order of the second respondent dated 06.01.2016 and quash the same and consequently, direct the second respondent to grant permission for conduct musical programme on 26.01.206 at 10 pm by using lights and speakers in the function at Kurumbalaperi, Kulasekarapatti Village, Tenkasi Taluk, Tirunelveli District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2016.
