ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11524 of 2025 dated 09.07.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11524 of 2025 dated 09.07.2025 and enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail by imposing certain conditions. He further submits that this petitioner getting order on 24.07.2025. Since the petitioner is suffering from viral fever, due to which, this petitioner is unable to produce sureties before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court. For the said reason only, he is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.11524 of 2025 dated 09.07.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
